If your miniatures, board games, or accessories arrive damaged or defective, we are committed to providing a swift replacement or store credit.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure the item is in its original shrink-wrap and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that assembled or painted miniatures cannot be returned.

Email our command center at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit and clearly label the exterior with your assigned RMA number.
Ship and Track
Send your return to our Bangkok storefront using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
